Saturday Night Dinners
Our hostess Rita is originally from St. Francis, MN, which is north of Minneapolis by about 1 hour. She currently works full-time as a Chemist and part-time as a waitress for a local Blaine restaurant. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2007 and plans on attending graduate school in the next two years.
She enjoys spending my time with close friends and family. She likes to dance, sing, and check out new places in the cities. She will probably go out at least 25/30 days in the month. You could say she keeps herself occupied. Some people would actually be surprised to know that her current volunteering activity is Big Brothers, Big Sisters. She currently mentors “my little” Ava. Please bring $5 for Pizza that Rita will be providing, please list in your RSVP if you are wanting to eat pizza and what toppings you would like.
Please bring your swimsuit if you plan to swim. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Beverages and pizza must be consumed only in the apartment – they cannot be brought to the pool.
