Fine Arts Commission Symphony UNDER THE STARS – Virginia Symphony Orchestra
Let’s have a wonderful evening under the stars listening to wonderful music, getting to know each other better and sharing stories as we enjoy a beautiful evening as a group.
The event is FREE (cannot beat that) and is at:
WE NEED TO FIND A PLACE TO MEET, SO ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN THERE PREVIOUSLY, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE THE BEST PLACE TO MEET WOULD BE SO WE DO NOT LOSE EACH OTHER AS WE HAVE DONE IN THE PAST.

I want to have everyone meet at 5:45 so we can find each other, get situated, lay out our blankets, etc. Bring a picnic dinner, snacks, sodas, whatever to make the night a more enjoyable one to remember.
Please bring bug spray, a chair, blanket, umbrella for sprinkles and whatever else you think you may need. If you have any suggestions on how we can make this night better, please email me with suggestions.
15th Annual Symphony UNDER THE STARS 2009 with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. This performance is presented FREE on the Buddy Bagley Stage, Chesapeake City Park in Chesapeake, VA. At 6:00 PM Tidewater Pipes & Drums, including the Sheriff’s Pipe Band, opens the evening. Co-sponsored by the Chesapeake Fine Arts Commission, the Department of Parks and Recreation and local business sponsors.
