"Getting ready to go to RUB requires a level of preparation normally reserved for athletic events, tests, and presentations. It’s not so much the physical preparation (though undoubtedly important) but the mental girding that steels one’s determination.
There are more meat bits than one knows what to do with.
The short of it: Get the wings, the pulled pork, the BBQ Bacon chunks, the ham, the burnt ends.
If you’re brave enough for "The taste of the Baron" bring 5 friends with you. Along with a couple of appetizers, the 5 of us couldn’t finish that much meat (and we’re not lightweights either).
This place transports you 1000 miles south, to where plates don’t exist and you’re going to leave in a food coma. The head cook (Scott) is a great guy if you happen to get a chance to speak with him, knowledgeable about how to do crazy things with pretty much any meat you throw at him.
Bring your appetite, but leave your diets at home."
