Hi Everybody,

Yes, we did this event (Part Deux) in April and again, I have received many e-mails to do it again, both from members who did not make it to the last event and from members who had such a great time, they want to do it again?.

So here we gooooooo??. (Part Trois)

"THE SIP" is a different wine tasting event every Tuesday at Air Conditioned Lounge in Santa Monica. Through a special arrangement with Stephanie, the events coordinator at Air Conditioned, our No Flakes Singles Group will have a separate area all to ourselves to enjoy "Buffet Tuesday" All You Can Taste for $15 per person.

Normally at a wine tasting you get 5-6 flights of wine for $15. NOW enjoy ALL you can taste, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, for $15!!!

This tasting includes ANY WINE on their wine list that is available by the glass, including Champagne!

The moment you enter AIR CONDITIONED’s Wine, Champagne and Cold Beer Lounge, you will experience the ultimate signature sleek haven of urban chic, you’ll understand why life can seem so very good. Soulful beats cling to the air as newly discovered friends lean in for intimate conversations. Hi Everyone,

We have had an overwhelming response, again, to the wine tasting event for tomorrow night!!!

I wanted to update the members who will be attending so they know what to expect.

First, I want every member to make sure they can attend if they have RSVP’d YES. If your plans have changed, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS and give up your spot, so someone on the wait list can use it.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION SO YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE ENJOYABLE!

1) Air Conditioned Lounge is small (150 capacity), so will be occupying 2/3 of the Lounge. If you do not like crowds, this might NOT be the event for you.

2) The event coordinator has sectioned off half the bar just for us on one side and a few of the seating sections on the other side of the bar. It will be standing room only, I am guessing.

3) EVERY wine on their menu that is sold by the glass will be available for tasting, as long as they have it in stock.

4) YOU get to pick the wines to taste, not the Lounge, so it might be a good idea to take a look at the wine menu tonight at: http://www.airconditi… and choose a few wines you would like to try. This way, as the Lounge gets more crowded, you don’t have to find a menu. Better yet, PRINT THE MENU and bring a personal copy with you.

5) The tasting is $15. If at all possible, TRY AND BRING CASH AND EXACT CHANGE. This will make the process go much faster especially with the amount of people that are attending.

6) The bar can be accessed from two sides for ordering wine, lets try not to crowd one side more than the other.

7) After you have your wine, STEP AWAY FROM THE BAR. If we all clutter the bar, there will be some who won’t be able to take full advantage of this great special.

EAT BEFORE YOU COME! They don’t sell food, but do sell a Cheese Platter consisting of 3 wedges of cheese, some crackers, some salami, some almonds, and some grapes for $12.

9) Parking in the small lot behind Air Conditioned Lounge is limited. There is metered parking on the street after 6PM. DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE STREETS WITHOUT CHECKING THE SIGNS!!!!! MOST OF IT IS PERMIT PARKING BETWEEN 6PM and 5AM. DON’T GET A PARKING TICKET!

MOST IMPORTANT

10) If you have too much to drink, PLEASE CALL A CAB OR A DESIGNATED DRIVER!

I will have some glow braclets for all our members. Please come up and see me for your braclet. That way you will be able to identify the NO FLAKES crowd.
