Welcome to Detroit – the 313! The Hard Rock Cafe Detroit opened November 10, 2003 in the heart of downtown Detroit. And while the Cafe exhibits pride in Detroit’s rich musical history, (from Motown to Rock and Roll), local is the name of the game at Hard Rock Cafe Detroit.
